Imagining the Impossible...

Honestly, some aspects of our upcoming move to Australia seem impossible right now (house hasn't sold, visas haven't arrived, etc.).  In addition, the more we read about sharing the gospel with Australians (the majority don't want anything to do with Jesus or religion), and serving internationally (only 1 in 6 overseas missionaries complete their first term and return for another), the more we have felt fearful and nervous about what we're embarking on...

But in the midst of our own fears and small faith we believe we are finally coming to the end of ourselves and maybe just beginning to really trust in God's strong power. We can totally relate to the man who told Jesus "Yes Lord, I believe! Now help my unbelief..." Mark 9:24

God is increasing our faith. Instead of nightmares about what may or may not happen, we're dreaming about the impossible. It's a great place to be.

"God is looking for people through whom He can do the impossible. What a pity we plan to do only the things we can do by ourselves." -A.W. Tozer

What a blessing and honor that we love and serve the King of kings and Lord of lords! "Great is the LORD...by His power we trust..."
