The other night we made the mistake of giving Isaiah a bath when he was really thirsty. We put him in the tub and immediately he started trying to figure out how he could drink some of it. It was his first taste of Irony; Here he was surrounded by water, but unable to drink any of it. Poor guy, he tried and tried but he never could quite figure out how to get a drink-so he had to resort to eating the bubbles.
One of the things we love about Isaiah is how he makes everyday, ordinary activities like eating, bathing, and cleaning up, so much fun. We find ourselves saying over and over again: "What a joy he is!"
