**We also have some exciting news to report: near the end of this letter we mentioned that we still had a financial support need of $175 per month... well, about 3 minutes after getting the letters printed, we received a phone call from friends who said they would be taking care of that need!

thanks emily! nothing yet. when ross calls the embassy we get the standard answer of "one day to five weeks." =)
